Region III and FSARN 2010 Educational Conference
2010...A Rehabilitation Odyssey
Well, the planning is well underway for the next conference!
FSARN will be the host for the Region III Conference for the first time! Those
dates are May 5-7, 2010 at the Regal Sun Resort. This conference, for those of
you who may not be familiar, is done every two years, hosted by one of the
chapters within our region. This is an exciting opportunity for FSARN to be able
to host this conference. The conference committee has already put out the
requests for help from the other chapters in our region. See the Region III page
for more details as to which chapters are included. Below is the
vendor/sponsorship form already available.
Contact Lisa Pervin via
email for general conference or hotel information and for vendor
information, contact

FSARN 2009 32nd Annual FSARN Educational Conference
"Rehab Through the Ages" was once again held at the Regal
Sun Resort in Orlando May 6-8th. Another great conference and many thanks and
appreciation to the conference committee for all of your hard work. The
evaluations were fantastic with some great suggestions for next years
conference. Some highlights and successes include deciding to do a Florida
mandatory license renewal course at no extra charge, the Thursday night
reception sponsored by FINR, great speakers and topics, the food, the silent
auction and of course the great support from our vendors. Below are some photos
taken at the conference and as you can see, folks were having a good time! Enjoy
and see you next year!
FSARN 2008 31st Annual Educational Conference!
"Passing the Torch...What will be your legacy?" was held
at the Regal Sun Resort in Orlando May 15-17, 2008. It was a great conference
and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves from the opening reception Wednesday
evening through the vendor give- aways and the silent auction on Friday
afternoon. The speakers and topics were very well presented giving us great
information to help improve our practice.

Vendors...Once again, we had terrific support from our
vendors. We appreciate those that have supported us for years and welcome
those that joined us for the first time. We had 34 vendors this year and thank
every one of you for what you do to help make this conference a success!
Jennifer David and Anabel Velazquez did a super job and put in a lot of hard
work to make it happen!

A special thanks to Jim Dubratz and PMC Employee Benefits for
sponsoring the Wednesday Opening Reception and Total Medical Solutions for our
bags this year!
Wednesday Evening Reception...Our theme was in keeping
with the Olympics including folks dressing the part as well as the food.

The Silent Auction...We did a silent auction for the
first time this year and it was a hit! We were able to make over $900 and we
will definitely do it again next year! Thank you to Mary Ann Hill, Phyllis
Moseley and Sandra Lohden for all of their hard work in coordinating the auction
and all the districts and sponsors who donated the great gifts.

Past Presidents Reception...was held Thursday evening
hosted by Ina Fletcher, our current President. As always, a lot of laughs and
reminiscing was to be had!
