HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION:

• The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort located at 1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd. in Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Phone 800- 624-4109. Ask for the FSARN 2026 group rate. 

• Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel for FSARN Conference room block. 

• Our conference reduced room rate is Tower Rooms at $149/night plus taxes. Garden Courtyard room rate is $119/night plus taxes. With a reduced resort fee of $28.00/day. 

• Reservations must be made by 5pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in order to qualify for FSARN 2026 group rate. These rates are good 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference.
